We would like to invite you to the Hung King’s Remembrance Ceremony and the 50th Black April Commemoration on Saturday, April 26, 2024 at 10 am.
This special occasion will be an opportunity for us to remember where we came from, honor what we lost and pay respect to our ancestors.
Hung King’s Remembrance Ceremony: The purpose of this ceremony is to remember and pay tribute to the Hung Kings who are the founders and first kings of Vietnam.
April 30th is annually known as Black April or “Thang Tu Den” and is a day to lament and reflect upon the fall of Saigon and of South Vietnam, which took place on April 30th, 1975.
We will also showcase stories of some of our community members. Their journey or their family’s journey to the US and their accomplishments today.
The event will be from 10 am – 1 pm. A light lunch will be served.

Ban chấp hành cũng sẽ giới thiệu những câu chuyện của một số thành viên trong cộng đồng của chúng ta. Hành trình của họ hoặc hành trình của gia đình họ đến Mỹ và những thành tựu của họ ngày hôm nay.
Sự kiện sẽ diễn ra từ 10 giờ sáng đến 1 giờ trưa. Bữa ăn trưa nhẹ sẽ được phục vụ.
